Corbely is a UK-built platform for running real things — your home, your rentals, your trade business — where each of those lives in its own workspace and the work that crosses between them (a repair, a hand-off, a notice) stays connected instead of falling into phone calls and forwarded emails.
Started as one workspace. Grew into a platform.
Corbely began in April 2026 as a single well-built workspace — accounts, roles, permissions, audit trails — with a trading terminal inside it. The foundation turned out to be the interesting part: once a workspace could hold any kind of work and any kind of member, the question became what work most needs it.
The answer was property. UK renting runs on disconnected software: the landlord has a system, the tenant has a phone number, the contractor has a diary. Every repair crosses all three and belongs to none of them. So we built the property record home-first — useful for anyone who owns a home, with rentals as a layer that switches on — and a business workspace for the trades on the other side of every job. Charging tenants, or charging a contractor to receive a landlord's job, kills the connection. The people you work with never pay to work with you.
