Before you ask
The questions the tier table doesn't answer.
What counts as a unit?
A lettable dwelling. A house let as one is one unit; a block of four flats is four. A home you occupy yourself is never a unit, even if you also let property elsewhere.
What happens when a unit is empty?
A void still counts — the record, the certificates and the compliance clock keep running whether or not somebody is living there, and that is the work the software is doing. Archive a property you no longer own and it stops counting from that day.
Can I start with my home and let it out later?
Yes — it is the same workspace. Mark a property as let, or add a tenancy, and the rentals tools switch on by themselves; the record you already kept stays where it is. From then on, that dwelling counts as a unit.
Can I use Property and Business together?
Yes, and that is the point. They are separate workspaces on one account, priced separately, and jobs pass between them without either side paying to connect.
Does the beta cost anything?
No. Everyone testing before launch uses it free, with no card and no trial clock, and we will tell you what it costs well before that changes. Nothing starts charging without you choosing it.
What if I want to leave?
The main lists — properties, tenants, rent, repairs, incidents, documents, invoices and more — export to CSV today. A single whole-account export is on the roadmap and not built yet.
