Corbely has a public face: product pages drawn straight from the working product, a pricing model, and a waitlist. Tell us who you are when you join — homeowners, landlords, housing teams and trade businesses come in at different doors.
The whole product now adapts to how a property is used. An owner-occupied home shows running costs, home safety and repairs with zero lettings clutter; the moment a tenancy appears, the rentals layer switches on around the same record — dashboard included. Nothing to migrate, ever.
Post a notice once — planned works, events, emergencies — and every resident sees it, can acknowledge it, and staff see exactly who has read it. Notices can target a single building, carry PDF attachments, and print as proper hallway sheets: the digital notice and the paper one are the same artifact.
Every workflow stage now carries its own working surface, so a hand-off is more than a status label.
Deposit-protection deadlines, Right to Rent rechecks, How to Rent service, EPC minimum-standard flags — tracked against each tenancy, not remembered. Joint tenancies landed with per-tenant invites, and a formal incident log with an exportable evidence report. Rooms and a drawable floor plan arrived too.
UK-compliant invoices — VAT, reverse charge, sequential numbering — raised straight from completed jobs. And the team schedule: year, month, week, day and agenda views of everyone's work, with an unscheduled tray for whatever hasn't been booked yet.
The connection the platform is built around: hand a repair to a contractor and it becomes a job in their own workspace — their stages, their schedule, their team — while the landlord and tenant watch the same live status. Works with contractors who aren't on Corbely via invite links, an open marketplace feed, and no-account tracking links for anyone who just needs to see progress.
The trade-business side begins: every client with their history, every job with its stages, status and team — the record the schedule and invoicing now build on.
Trading grew its two power tools: a node-board automation builder — capture a chart, run a model, alert on conditions, set it up once and let it run — and bar-by-bar backtesting with paper positions, draggable stop/target lines on the chart, and sessions that save and resume.
The foundation of the property side: properties and units, tenancies, maintenance requests with photos and assignment, documents, payments with rent balances — and a tenant portal where tenants are first-class users with their own login, not an afterthought.
A full security and correctness audit of the platform core — positional roles and permissions, resource sharing, invites, audit logging — with a proper test suite built out alongside it. Boring on purpose; everything since stands on it.
Corbely began as the shell everything else lives in: accounts, workspaces, Discord-style roles, browser-style tabs and a customisable dashboard — plus the first product built inside it, Trading: live MT5 charts, watchlists, a spreadsheet-style trade journal and local AI. The platform grew outward from here.
