Every certificate, one register.
Gas safety, electrical checks (EICR), EPC, smoke and CO alarms, PAT testing. Tracked with renewal dates and the certificate attached, so “are we up to date?” is a glance rather than an afternoon.
One flat’s in-date gas certificate doesn’t cover the whole building — so the register always shows the worst status first, because that’s the one you’ll be asked about.
